IROC2.ORG Congratulates Richard Guerry on National Award

On August 2, 2011 the Executive Director of The Institute for Responsible Online and Cell-Phone Communication (IROC2.org), and author of the acclaimed book, "Public and Permanent: The Golden Rule of the 21st Century" received the 2011 Exemplary School Safety Initiative award from the School Safety Advocacy Council in recognition of his contribution and dedication to digital safety in schools and communities throughout our global village.
